Shipping

Free tracked shipping on every order to addresses in the 50 US states. We don't currently ship outside the US or to APO/FPO addresses.

When it ships

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of payment by our fulfillment partner's overseas warehouse.

When it arrives

Most orders arrive 8–15 business days after you order. That includes the 1–3 days to pack and ship. Busy holiday weeks and weather can add a few days. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Ordering for Christmas

Please order early. If you need it by a specific date, email [email protected] before ordering and we'll tell you honestly what to expect.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or it shows delivered but you can't find it, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
