What we collect

• Order details: your name, shipping address, email and phone number, collected at checkout so we can deliver your order and contact you about it.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Browsing data: our site uses the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel, which use cookies to measure how our ads perform. They may collect your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill and support your order, and to measure and improve our advertising. When you buy, we share your order with our fulfillment partner so they can ship it. We also send hashed (scrambled) contact details to Meta and TikTok so they can match purchases to ads. We never sell your personal information.

Your choices

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for tax and accounting, and delete shipping details we no longer need.
